SEATTLE - Petty Officer 2nd Class Travis Vanzandt carries in his arms a young child followed by family members and their dog during the Northwest flood incident in Washington today. Rescues were conducted in remote and inaccessible locations where people were in need of immediate evacuation and medical assistance.
